CEO Founder
A Petroleum Engineer with over 15 years of experience, specialized in project management with international training and experience, Felippe leads our team with his vision and expertise in the O&G area.
Danielle Silva
Managing Director
More than 15 years of experience in multinationals, Danielle directs, plans, organizes and controls activities in the areas of Human Resources, Finance and Legal at AES since 2019.
Anderson Derossi
Director – Operations & BD
20 years of experience within sales, operations, project management and business development from the O&G industry in Brazil and internationally. At AES acts as director of operations and BD since 2019.
Thiago Bastos
Financial Director
At AES Union since 2016. He has a MBA in Finance at IBMEC, he started working in the operations sector and today leads the development of processes and procedures in order to manage the financial, accounting and tax areas, being responsible for the organization and growth of the company.
